The organizer of the competition is Addiction s.r.o., with registered office at Varšavská 715/36, 120 00 Prague 2, ID: 04954297 VAT: CZ04954297 (hereinafter referred to as "Addiction" or "organizer").
The organizer of the competition is the company CBEU Gastro & Hotels s.r.o., with registered office at Seifertova 2919/12, Žižkov (Prague 3), 130 00 Prague, ID: 08919771 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
The Competition will run from 10 February 2023 to 10 March 2023 23:45:00 (the "Competition Period"). The Competition takes place in the Czech Republic (the "Competition Venue") via the social network Instagram.
The competition is open to natural persons over 18 years of age with a delivery address in the Czech Republic or the Slovak Republic, who comply with the rules of the competition (hereinafter referred to as the "Contestant" or "Contestant"). Persons in an employment or similar relationship with the organiser, the organiser or other persons entrusted with the organisation of the competition and persons who are close to any of such persons are excluded from the competition. Contestants must have an Instagram account (https://www.instagram.com) prior to the start of the competition and must be a fan of the Hotel Resort Relax account (https://www.instagram.com/hotelresort.relax/). Contestants must comply with all Instagram rules of use listed at https://www.facebook.com/help/instagram/581066165581870. Only competitors who meet the above conditions will be entered into the final prize draw.
The task of the contestant is to be a follower of the Hotel Resort Relax profile (@hotelresort.relax) during the contest and to add a comment under the contest entry on the Hotel Resort Relax page according to the information in the contest entry. The competition organizer will select 1 winner from the comments received.
The winner will be 1 contestant selected by the contest organizer (see above).
The prize is a stay at the Hotel Resort Relax worth 10 000 CZK. The prize will be awarded at a gala event on 17 March 2023 incl. 1 night stay in the hotel for 2 persons.
The winner will be announced in a comment within the competition post on 12 March 2023. The announced winner will be invited to claim their prize via private message to Hotel Resort Relax (@hotelresort.relax) within 3 days of the prize announcement. The winner will then arrange with the Promoter the delivery and collection of the prize.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR")
"GDPR"), the organizer provides the following information according to Article 12 and 13 of the GDPR on the processing of personal data: the data controller is CBEU Gastro & Hotels s.r.o., with registered office at Seifertova 2919/12, Žižkov (Prague 3), 130 00 Prague, ID No.: 08919771, the data processor is Addiction s.r.o., with registered office at Varšavská 715/36, 120 00 Prague 2, ID No.: 04954297 VAT No.: CZ04954297.
Scope and content of the personal data processed: the Processor, on the instructions of the Administrator, collects the names of the winners and the delivery addresses of the winners provided solely for the purpose of sending the prize to the contestant, for the period of time necessary for the dispatch and delivery of the prize; after this period, all personal data provided by the winner will be securely deleted from the Organiser's data storage.
Purpose of processing: documenting the creation, conduct and evaluation of the competition, internal control and record-keeping, protection of legal claims and compliance with legal obligations.
Legal basis for processing: performance of contracts with data subjects (fulfillment of the conditions of the competition), fulfillment of legal obligations (recording of documents according to the Accounting Act), legitimate interests of the controller (internal administrative records).
Categories of recipients of this personal data: in the case of a request based on the law and within its limits, public authorities (courts, administrative authorities). Personal data are not transferred to a third country outside the European Union. Neither the controller nor the processor carries out automated individual decision-making on personal data or profiling.
Period of storage of personal data: for the duration of the competition and subsequently for the period necessary to protect the legitimate interests of the controller (preservation of records in case of litigation).

Participants' prizes that cannot be delivered for reasons not attributable to the Promoter or the Organiser will not be delivered and will be forfeited. Prizes are not legally entitled to be exchanged for cash or claimed in lieu thereof. The prize will also be forfeited if the winner fails to respond to the competition announcement within 3 days of being notified of the prize. As a condition of the prize, the Promoter will be able to document the prize handover in the form of a photograph and video on the day of the prize handover at the Hotel Resort Relax at a pre-arranged time and date, and will be able to use this material for further marketing purposes for HRR.
By participating in the competition, the contestant agrees to the rules of the competition and undertakes to fully comply with them. The Promoter reserves the right to change the rules and/or conditions of the competition at any time, including changing the duration of the competition, or to terminate the competition at any time without compensation, effective from the date of publication on the Instagram account https://www.instagram.com/hotelresort.relax/. If the Promoter or the Organiser has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Competitor or any other person who has helped or may have helped the Competitor to win a prize has acted fraudulently, dishonestly or unfairly, or if such conduct occurs, the Competitor will be excluded from the Competition; the same applies in the case of any other conduct by a Competitor or any other person who has helped or may have helped the Competitor to win a prize which is otherwise contrary to the Competition Rules or Conditions or the principles of fair competition and fair play. Neither the Promoter nor the Competition Organiser is responsible for any technical problems in connection with participation in the Event (in particular the functionality of the internet and the social network Instagram). Neither the Organiser nor the Promoter shall be liable for any damages caused by the preparation or performance of any acts of the Competition, participation in the Competition or prizes won in or in connection with the Competition. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted on their Instagram account, the winner's entitlement to receive this prize will cease. Any such unclaimed prize will be forfeited to the competition organiser. Neither the Promoter nor the Competition Organiser shall be liable for any loss, non-delivery, delay or damage to the prize in the course of posting. Participation in the competition cannot be enforced by legal action. This competition is in no way sponsored, administered by or affiliated with the electronic social network Instagram.
