1. Cancellation conditions apply to cancellations of reservations made between the client and the provider of accommodation services (= hotel operator).
2. Cancellation fee is calculated from the total amount of the order.
3. The cancellation fee represents compensation for the any harm caused to the accommodation provider.
4. The provider reserves the right to issue an advance invoice, payable no later than 7 days before arrival. The advance payment is 50% of the total amount of the order, unless otherwise agreed by the provider and the client.
5. In case of cancellation of the stay for which the advance payment has already been made, and the advance payment is higher than the cancellation fee, the provider is obliged to return the amount exceeding the cancellation fee to the client.
6. In case of early termination or interruption of stay without the fault of the provider, the accommodation provider is not obligated to return the amount paid or the proportion thereof.
1. The provider undertakes not to charge cancellation fees in case of cancellation within 15 days prior to the agreed arrival date.
2. Upon cancellation of the reservation 14 – 7 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
3. Upon cancellation of the reservation 6 – 3 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
4. Upon cancellation of the reservation 2, 1 or on the day of arrival, 100% of the total cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
6. Cancellation fee is a contractual penalty.
In case of cancellation due to unavoidable events (death in family, hospitalization of the customer or a family member, serious illness, natural disaster), the cancellation fee is not charged. The client is obliged to give evidence of the above-mentioned facts in a written document no later than 3 days after their occurrence.
In the case of cancellation for other serious reasons, the date may be changed by mutual agreement.
These cancellation policies are valid for individual guests.
In the event of non-payment of an advance, from which cancellation fees could be deducted, the provider has the right to send the customer an invoice in the amount of the cancellation fees.
1. A voucher is a document, which is used to pay for accommodation, services instead of paying by invoice, cash or credit card.
2. The same cancellation and booing policies apply for stays through vouchers, as described in the paragraph: Cancellation policy relating to cancellations by the guest.
3. Cancellation fee is a contractual penalty.
4. Unused vouchers become invalid upon their expiration.
1. These conditions are valid and effective from the date of 20 May 2020.
2. Relations between the client and the provider shall be governed by the provisions of these cancellation policies.
3. Cancellation policy will apply only to confirmed written orders (e-mail).
4. Cancellation of the order can only be done by the provider or the client in writing (e-mail).
5. These terms and conditions continue to apply even after termination of the accommodation agreement between the provider and the client.
